The agreement lifts Axe Compute’s total 2026 signed contracted value to more than $3 billion. Combined with previously announced contracts, it grows the company’s projected annual recurring revenue to more than $696 million upon deployment, up from the $385 million run rate Axe Compute reported earlier this month. As a result, deployments under the agreement begin contributing monthly revenue this quarter, with further cluster activations planned for the fourth quarter of 2026.

The cluster serves production-scale AI: real-time inference, continuous model fine-tuning, and high-throughput data pipelines, workloads where latency and noisy-neighbor variability are not acceptable. In addition, the agreement includes ancillary services for token production and dedicated networking for high-speed inference, all under the same contract.
